Levan Dvali has diverse professional experiences in managing Culture, Education, and Youth projects and programs.
Notably, he is the Founder and Director General of the Taoba International Youth Film Festival. Simultaneously, he holds the position of Head of the Project and Program Management Office at the National Palace in Tbilisi.
Levan's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Business and Technology University.
Since 2022, Levan Dvali serves as the President-Elect of the European Association of Institutions of Non-formal Education of Children and Youth (EAICY). Established in 1991, EAICY serves as a prominent European umbrella organization, representing national organizations actively engaged in non-formal education for children and young people.
